Shipping policy
Where we ship
We ship to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC. We don't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses or outside the U.S. right now.
What shipping costs
- Orders of $199 or more ship free on most items. That includes every JOOLA ping pong table we carry.
- Orders under $199 ship for a $10 flat rate.
- Killerspin items ship separately from Killerspin and are never included in free shipping: $20 flat for paddles and accessories, $450 freight for tables. The exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.
How long it takes
- Processing: orders leave the warehouse within 1–3 business days of payment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays start processing the next business day.
- Delivery: most orders arrive within 5–10 business days after they ship. Delivery dates are carrier estimates and aren't guaranteed.
We ship from our brand partners' U.S. warehouses, so an order with items from more than one brand may arrive in separate boxes on different days. Every package gets its own tracking number.
Tracking
When your order ships, we email you a tracking number and carrier link. If you don't have it within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder, then email customercare@gameonpingpong.com.
Damage on delivery
Look your order over when it arrives. If a box is crushed or torn, or the item is damaged, note it on the delivery receipt before you sign if a driver is present, and email photos to customercare@gameonpingpong.com within 48 hours. We'll replace the item or refund you, and return shipping is on us.
Changes and cancellations
If your order hasn't shipped, email customercare@gameonpingpong.com with your order number and we'll change or cancel it at no charge. Once it ships, a change becomes a return (see our Refund policy).
